Contours is much more than just a gym. We're about women helping and supporting each other - and have been doing it in New Zealand for over 15 years!
For a single membership fee you’ll enjoy access to club facilities, day to-day activities and most classes.
In addition, our branches offer a range of other high quality, female-focused services, such as personal training, hair, beauty and nutrition therapy. Our trained, friendly staff will get you on track with the best equipment and programmes, female knowhow and encouragement.
Branches are designed with women in mind, with everything you need to achieve your health and fitness goals. And check out the bathrooms. They’re legendary – a world apart from what you’d expect at an “ordinary” gym.
