Kuaka New Zealand specialises in environmental & socio-cultural travel and immersion in New Zealand’s culture & environment. Our leaders are passionate educators and tour guides, highly qualified, motivational and inspirational. We collectively provide over 80 years’ experience in the educational field.
Kuaka develops case studies of human interaction with the planet that demonstrates how we can exist & positively invest in the environments & communities in which we live.
Our aim is to provide our students - secondary, tertiary, and beyond - with an in-depth & hands-on experience of New Zealand culture & environment that reflects the interconnections between the people and the land.
We have developed a host of environmental restoration projects that provide our visitors with real & in-depth experiences of how we can work with nature in a sustainable way. Each project is managed by Kuaka so we bring our visitors into a close encounter to learn & appreciate the wonders of our natural world. The actions & learning that we offer our visitors mean visitors give real, necessary, valuable benefits to this country as a way of saying ‘Thank You’ for their time here.
