Chandeliers on the ceiling, candles on the floor, music around the studio as well as blankets to help you close off your practise in all serenity. Our instructors are continuesly trained by Rachael who is not only the director of this new concept
but also an experienced Physio. She ensures the quality and safety of each class. It is not unusual
for an instructor to physically adjust you throughout the class as our focus lays in ensuring the quality
of training as well as ensuring the safe exercise routine of every person during each session.
Our Pilates is taught on Reformer machines invented by Joseph Pliates himself. Due to the
resistance of the machine we recommend to book yourself in for this first class. Our instructer will
assist you through the first steps of using a reformer machine.
