New ACC research shows that osteopathy is the most cost-effective treatment for spinal injuries, with an average of less than 5 treatments per claim. We use the traditional osteopathic treatment methods incorporating expert analysis of the cause of injury, deep muscle release, joint mobilisation, and manipulation where appropriate. We combine this with exercise rehabilitation and advice about posture and management.
