Do not use this company. Worst service I have ever received. Sunil lost all our details after booking our exit and carpet clean and then when we called he pretended someone else took our booking (it was actually him!). We then paid $350 cash and took a lot of follow up to receive a GST receipt. The job done was disgusting. It didn’t look like anything had been done and when I complained he was rude and made up stories like there was vomit up all the walls etc. My property manager confirmed to him there is no way we lived like that as she had been doing inspections for the past 6 years for us. When I said I wanted to complain to his boss or the owner of A1 services he said the boss was away for two weeks and only gave me the name ‘Ray’ but wouldn’t give me a surname. I then found out this was another lie and there is no one there called Ray. Sunil is infact the owner and operator of A1 Services. Very strange and rude how I was lied to from the very beginning and on top of that it looks like he took our money without doing any cleaning, or at least not much at all. Sunil then agreed to pay for some other company to complete the clean. He organised this but he never paid so we got stuck with this bill too. I am taking Sunil to disputes tribunal to recover costs but I hope he never gets to do this to anyone else ever again. Just before Christmas and 2 children under 2, this was not something I needed.
