Stephen Palfrey founded AAA PM in 2013 to provide Project Management Enablement Services primarily to the disability sector. It was evident that people with disabilities were waiting far too long for their aids and adaptations and Stephen applied his 40 year construction industry project management experience to streamline the delivery process.
Since then he has expanded the business to encompass Strategic Asset Management, Procurement, Property Planning advice to schools and Property Development to Social Housing Providers.
