Annarah Herd, offers Counselling, Life Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and Spiritual Self -awareness, working with a holistic, spiritual approach, facilitating positive change and understanding of unhelpful behaviour patterns for young people 9 years and over, adults and couples.
She works with many conditions including, stress, anxiety, physical and sexual abuse, addictions, anger management, communication and relationship dynamics, grief, major life or career transitions, personal dreams, goals and spiritual development. Deeper levels of these dysfunctional patterns, resulting from trauma or crisis experiences, such as sexual abuse, can resolve more effectively using Inner Healing Therapy. Other models such as CBT, Art Therapy, Creative Writing, Relationship Analysis can all be effective when personalising therapy sessions for individual requirements.
Annarah is also an ACC Registered Counsellor for Sensitive Claims
Cleansing Heart Healing, is based in Tauranga, in Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, where you may see her for a face to face consultation, for Bay of Plenty counselling services or if from another region, city or country can have consultations on skype, video call and phone call.
