Business Lawyer Auckland (commercial lawyer). I act for businesses operating in NZ (including branches and subsidiaries of overseas companies). I advise on a range of business law matters including commercial law, company law, consumer law, contract law, employment law, and name protection and trade marks. Much of my work involves drafting or reviewing a wide range of agreements and contracts and other commercial and company documents. Depending on my client's needs, I may act as a commercial lawyer, company lawyer, consumer lawyer, contract lawyer, employment lawyer or trade marks lawyer, with these skills often overlapping or complimenting each other.
