I'm a registered, classical homeopath. I carefully select remedies for you that correspond with your individual range of symptoms, personal and family medical history and your current level of health. Homeopathy supports your body to begin a normal healing process toward good health and happiness.
I also make up personalised blends of Bach Flower remedies that you can order online.
I work with children, teenagers and adults of all ages. Along with identifying the ideal remedy or remedies for you, I also like to look at what other supports you may need and what might be limiting you. The role of a healthy gut, benefits of sleep and exercise, stress relief and natural ways to balance hormones are all important to consider.
