Stephen Roigard has been working within the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. He is a not only a Registered Naturopath but also a qualified Nutritionist, Medical Herbalist, Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist. In addition to this he is certified as an instructor in yoga, dance and martial arts. In other words, Stephen can be considered an experienced and skilful holistic wellness professional. His passion is to inspire others to take control of their health and life situation. Stephen's combined qualifications and skills is evidence of his commitment and excitement for holistic health and well-being. Utilising functional medicine, Stephen has helped numerous people overcome/improve various illnesses and diseases that conventional medical practitioners viewed as a lifelong, untreatable conditions.
