We specialise in residential and church design, so whether you are planning to build or renovate a church, a mansion, or are wanting to make simple alterations to your existing home, Marcato can get the job done right! You can have as much or as little input into the design as you want. Either way, you will be thoroughly consulted throughout the design process, but we will take care of all the hassles associated with Building Consent Applications, Resource Consent Applications and other "red tape".
Whilst we are a small business, we have good working relationships with a range of consultants such as structural engineers, quantity surveyors, fire design engineers and acoustic engineers. Some projects require specialist input, but we will collate all of the advice to ensure that all aspects of the design work together for the best possible final result.
