Bred with purpose to achieve the finest eating quality, Matangi Angus Beef is hung on the bone for three weeks before our Master Butcher prepares the cuts to our client's specifications. We also dry age to order using Dry Ager Cabinets imported from Germany. Matangi Angus Beef is available seasonally, with overnight delivery nationwide through our online store. The quality of our land is a key ingredient to raising healthy, strong and ultimately flavoursome Angus cattle.
