Momentum Pilates opened it's doors in 2010 and quickly gained a reputation for the quality and personal approach of our teaching. As an Authentic Romana's Pilates Studio, we take our responsibility to the Joseph Pilates method seriously and respect the approach as it was intended. We continue to progress and challenge our clients as they begin to understand the founding principles of the Pilates method.
Our commitment to ongoing professional development ensures we stay true to our promise of delivering the very best in specialist Pilates tuition to our valued clients. Each year our instructors attend continuing education workshops.
Our studio is fully equipped with Pilates apparatus imported from New York, designed and manufactured still today to Joseph Pilates exacting specifications. In order for you to receive an Authentic Pilates workout, our studio equipment comprises a full suite of Pilates equipment.
