Craft Construction is a full service building company that can help you with new builds or renovations. We’ll take you through the entire process, from the initial concept to final completion. Whether you need help with planning, constructing, or the entire project, our team can help.
We have a combined 45 years of Licenced Building Practitioner experience, and accreditation with the New Zealand Certified Builders Association. Our experienced tradesmen are fully qualified and are experienced with all sorts of construction work. Each team of builders are accompanied by a Project Manager who monitors the site and liaises with the client.
For new builds, we’ll conduct an initial briefing and consultation, followed by a review of building plans. We’ll send a quantity surveyor on site put together a comprehensive quote, and then a designer will work on a set of drawings. Once those are done, we’ll send them through to the council for consent. When the plans are approved, we’ll start building! With renovations it’s a little easier – we can start straight away.
