STG assembly services can mainly be divided into two i.e. partial and full turn-key. In the partial option the customer orders for the partial components and PCBs and we take care of the remaining parts, and in the full option we handle everything from fabricating the circuit boards, to components procurement, to order tracking, to quality checks and the final assembly. We like to think of ourselves as time-conscious circuit board assemblers and as such we have a turnaround time of one to five days for plain PCB assembly, and ten to sixteen days for the turnkey-based assembly.
STG has strong ties with major brand suppliers and manufacturers such as Mouser, Samtec, Avnet, Digi-Key, Future, Farnell, Newark and Arrow electronics. With such sources you can always be assured of getting top value for your dollars spent. As a customer satisfaction measure, we never make substitutions for your preselected components without your approval.
STG Electronics has been in operation as from 2002 and since then we have established ourselves as a reliable low volume ECM (electronic contract manufacturing) and turnkey PCB circuit board assembler. Our firm further provides expertise in Design for Manufacturing (DFM). We have our headquarters in hk, and production plants in Shenzhen China. This way STG is able to provide low cost PCB assembling, components procurement and circuit board assembly. Our staff is made up of 320 employees specializing in PCB fabrication and another 110 engaged in circuit board assembly. We are ISO9001, IPC-A600 and IPC A610 compliant.
