Tracy Banner heads the small and enthusiastic Sprig & Fern Brewery Team that are based at the Beach Road, Richmond premises about 10 minutes from Nelson City.
Every batch is hand-brewed with a level of care and attention to quality that has earned us a solid reputation amongst real craft beer drinkers throughout New Zealand.
Collectively the brewing team has nearly sixty years brewing experience with all brewers having had life experiences in other breweries around the world. Tracy is ably assisted in the Brewing Team by Martin and Callum.
Martin is an accomplished brewer from Germany and Callum is a sixth-generation brewer from the Duncan family therefore we have a formidable brewing team.
