We have two simple goals at Wise Owl Bookkeeping - we want to offer you the best bookkeeping advice for your business and we want to back this up with superior service.
We do this by consulting with you to understand your needs and we customise a solution just for you. This can range from helping you use Xero more efficiently right through to an end-to-end bookkeeping and payroll solution.
We provide superior service through our ongoing support and advice and we take a personal approach with all of our clients.
Wise Owl Bookkeeping is based in Mangawhai, servicing clients from Mangawhai to Whangarei. We offer a broad range of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll services and compliance / tax services to small to medium businesses, sole traders and contractors.
We use Xero / Xero Payroll and SmartPayroll cloud-based accounting products to meet our clients bookkeeping, accounting and payroll needs.
We are experienced and certified bookkeepers. Wise Owl Bookkeeping is a Xero Partner. Cameron is Xero Adviser Certified, Xero Payroll Certified and is a Certified Bookkeeper member of the Institute of Certified NZ Bookkeepers. Katie is also Xero Adviser Certified, Xero Payroll Certified and a member of the New Zealand Payroll Practitioners Association.
As a business we carry the required insurances associated with the provision of bookkeeping, payroll and compliance services. We have also developed and implemented programmes to ensure we comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, and the Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Financing of Terrorism Act 2009.
All of our subscriptions include unlimited support, via phone or email. We also complete an annual review with each client to ensure their bookkeeping needs are being met on an ongoing basis.
