This company deserves NO star! I bought a box set, but it was faulty. They agreed to give me a full refund, but I needed to return the box set to China. (Despite the box set being sent to me from Sydney). They advised me that I had to pay for the courier cost, and when they received the returned box set, they would provide a refund for the box set and the courier cost. However, the return shipping address they provided is incorrect. Furthermore, the return address could not be found on Google Maps. They have been ignoring my emails after I requested a refund of the courier cost in January, as the fault lies with them for providing an incorrect address. They owe me $250 for the faulty box set and the courier cost. Unfortunately, they are not an NZ company, so the Consumer Guarantees Act does not provide you with any protection! Aaron (the guy who I have been dealing with) is nice and polite until they screwed up and you want them to live up to their promise of the refund. He just ignores your emails, and there is nothing you can do.
