If I could, I would give minus 5 stars. Once you sign up with them you are doomed for 27 months. (24 months of fixed term + 3 month of notice period… duh) They are so confident about poor service from their team that they have removed their management's contact details from their website. Their arrogant and careless management team does not give a d**n about their clients. We made a mistake of signing up with them and are struggling to get out of contract with them. They make you pay for not doing their job properly. One has to write 5-10 emails to get ONE thing done. They have poor documentation practices; you may have to prove thing you have given them. We tried to contact our pm's manager, they did not contact until we posted our grievances on Facebook and only for the comments to be deleted and blocked from the page. They just care about money and not offing a service. I would not recommend signing up with them at all. If you still decide to sign up with them, make sure you keep the term to 1 year and notice period of 1 month.
