Most horrible customer service experience EVER! Took y daughter in to hire some skis she was looking at buying, which are for advanced skiers. He refused to hire them to her and said she was "too chubby to be any good at skiing." I asked for the manager and he said that was him, so I asked for the owner's contact details and he said he was the owner too. Such a horrible man, avoid this place at all costs!!
