Our property manager, Tim, was great but then we were switched to another property manager when Tim moved to a different portfolio. The new guy was hard to contact, does not respond to messages etc. The contracters that Walker Weir hire to sort maintainance issues can take weeks to contact us. No maintainance had been done on the property for ages and we had both water cylinders break down in the 2 months we were there, unsealed windows which did not get fixed, back door lock never got fixed which was a security issue and so on.
