cheap and no frill. very fast and a little rough. home set up. the wax was a good job but i was left with quite a lot of wax on my legs. also while i was having my wax staff members keep coming in and out for the room making me feel a bit uncomfortable. i would go back but only because it was so cheap nearly half price from my normal place
